Demi Lovato has always been open and honest about her life and beauty regimes. Now Lovato, who is currently a spokesperson for Xeomin, has opened up about taking anti-wrinkle injections. 

“I’ve always believed in making choices that are empowering, [keep you] true to yourself and help you look and feel your best,” she told People.

“I’ve incorporated Xeomin into my routine every three months, and it gives me the results I want while still looking like myself. There are times I like to get glam and times when I don’t like to wear makeup at all, and this gives me the confidence for both,” the Skyscraper singer said.

“I’m always transparent with my fans, and this is something I wanted to share. It normalizes it and takes the taboo away from injectables,” she says. “It’s all about what makes you feel like your best self. Don’t listen to naysayers. Do what makes you feel comfortable in your own skin.”

Simone Biles

The Olympic champion revealed in 2025 that she has had multiple procedures done including a lower blepharoplasty, breast augmentation, and an earlobe reconstruction.

In an interview with People, Biles spoke about why she chose to get a lower blepharoplasty. “Every time I would go to a shoot, they’re like, ‘Oh, can we put some [eye masks] on her?’ And I was like, ‘Oh, baby, I had 12 hours [of sleep] last night, these aren’t going away. These are just hereditary,’ So it’s something that I wanted to fix.”

In November 2025, Biles confirmed she had a breast augmentation.

“It’s just something that I notice[d], obviously a little bit more because I live in this body,” she said. “It’s [all about] feeling good about yourself and loving yourself, and I’ve always been very vocal about that.”

Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner famously revealed on Keeping up with the Kardashians that she had undergone lip filler, but more recently she told her fans more about what she has done. 

A fan posted a video on TikTok asking Jenner to share the details behind her breast augmentation. “Girl, please can you just tell us what it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done?”

Jenner responded to the video, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Hope this helps lol.”

Heather Gay

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star recently revealed all of the procedures she’s had done and how much it cost her.

In a candid interview with Bustle she said, “I’ve spent at least $200,000 on my appearance — and it was worth every penny.”

Gay also told the publication, “As soon as I had the money and the time, I thought: ‘I am going to try to profit from every single thing that’s available to me. I can afford it, and it’s part of my job now to look good.”

Barbara Corcoran is not afraid to tell the truth about what work she has had done. 

On Wednesday June 4, 2025, Corcoran revealed a lengthy list of beauty enhancements on her Threads account: “An eye lift, neck lift, ear filler four times a year, fractional CO2 laser on face 1x a year and brow wax.” 

She also wrote, “Three facelifts, lower eyelid skin pinch, filler four times a year, brow lift, professional teeth whitening, fractional 1550 laser once a year, and a clear and brilliant laser twice a year.”

Kristin Cavallari

In the spring of 2025 Kristin Cavallari revealed she had her boobs redone after one of her earlier implants raptured.

During a Q&A on her Instagram Stories in June, she told her fans, “I was 340 cc before now I’m 400. Everyone thinks I went a lot bigger but I’ve just pushed them up a couple times since getting them done. This is the new set a few days ago and they fit my frame.”

The reality star also shared a cosmetic treatment that has changed her life: PRF, or Platelet-Rich Fibrin, an injectable skincare treatment. “PRF has changed under my eyes,” she wrote. “I also do it around my mouth AND inject my lips.”
