The power couple — who welcomed twins, rumored to be named Rumi and Sir, last month — have recently settled down in a $400,000-a-month rental house in Malibu. Their new home, which is featured in Life & Style’s latest issue, has luxurious amenities that us regular folk could only dream about. Check it out in the video below!

The estate — known as La Villa Contenta — boasts 14 bathrooms and 10 bedrooms between its main house and guesthouse. The best part for Queen Bey and her King? Their master suite has his-and-hers bathrooms and closets!

But, of course, that’s not all. The mansion — which has plenty of space for Beyoncé, 35, and JAY-Z, 47, to raise their five-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, and her new siblings — is also equipped to entertain the family’s many famous friends.
The “Drunk in Love” collaborators have a home theater with a 14-foot screen perfect for star-studded movie nights, a personal wine cellar, and multiple swimming pools and tennis courts for days of outdoor fun in the sun.

While the rental (which is currently on sale for $54 million!) seems like a dream living situation, Bey and her hip-hop star hubby are rumored to be eyeing an even pricier pad. They are reportedly looking into purchasing a $130 million palace in LA’s swanky Bel Air neighborhood.

After nine years of marriage, that sounds like a great place for the superstar duo to permanently plant their roots. Earlier this year, Beyoncé took to Instagram to share a special message with JAY — whom she wed on April 4, 2008 — to acknowledge their nearly decade-long union.
“I don’t need air in my lungs, if I can’t sing your song,” one image read, showing the pair’s matching ring finger “IV” tattoos.
