We're just hours away from the 2016 Met Gala, but before Hollywood's A-list dazzles us once more with couture creations, take a look back at what Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian and more of your favorite stars wore to last year's event!
Queen Bey gave every attendee a run for their money in this barely-there illusion tulle gown by Givenchy Haute Couture. Designer Riccardo Tisci played up the superstar's curves with strategically placed multicolor crystals and stones.

Rihanna
RiRi literally shut down the red carpet with her over-the-top embroidered robe and coordinating embellished headpiece by haute couture designer Guo Pei. It took three people to help the singer walk around! She accessorized with gold "Toerless Muse" pumps by Christian Louboutin and a "Paris Nouvelle Vague" ring and necklace by Cartier.

Jennifer Lopez
If you look closely, you can see a dragon made of crystals wrapping around J. Lo's sexy curves in this custom-made Atelier Versace gown. We particularly loved her ruby fan earrings by Sutra and her Swarovski "Power" clutch.

Sarah Jessica Parker
SJP went all out with the "Through the Looking Glass" theme, and she did not disappoint. Rocking a custom-made H&M black silk dress (which she helped design), the former Sex and the City star piled on some major bling by Jennifer Fisher and even some pieces dating back to the 19th century from Fred Leighton! But the clear highlight was her Philip Treacy headdress.

The nude silk tulle gown was blinged-out with sequins and crystals and embellished by ivory ostrich feathers. As for her jewelry, Kim wore platinum and diamond earrings by Lorraine Schwartz featuring a total of 32 carats that were valued at a whopping $2.8 million!
