Kanye West made headlines last week when he attacked Jay Z for his reaction to Kim Kardashian‘s robbery — but it turns out Beyoncé might be to blame.

A new report claims the feud began because the former Destiny’s Child star, 35, “never genuinely liked” Kim, 36.

“She’s mostly tolerated her because of their husbands’ friendship and [their] mutual friends, like Jennifer Lopez. She is always a little icy to Kim. The last time they hung out, the minute Beyoncé could leave the conversation, she did. They always have lots of awkward pauses when they speak,” a source told Page Six.

The same insider also previously spilled that Hov, 46, thinks Kanye, 39, is a “nut job” and “can only tolerate him in small doses.” Bey and Jay seemingly first made their stance in 2014 when they infamously skipped Kimye’s wedding.

“[Beyoncé’s] behavior during the wedding proved she isn’t Kim’s biggest fan,” the source continued, adding they cannot stand when the father-of-two appears on Kim’s family’s E! reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“[She] always gives Kanye a lot of grief whenever he’s done anything for the show.”

Following her two-year relationship with Rob, the former Cheetah Girl spoke out about how her association with the Kardashian family negatively affected her career.

After Kylie posted a photo to Instagram with her hair done up in cornrows, the Hunger Games actress, 17, called her out for cultural appropriation, commenting on the photo, "when u appropriate black features and culture but fail to use ur position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards ur wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter."

Taylor, 26, once again denied the claims, with her rep saying, ""Kanye West never told Taylor he was going to use the term 'that b—-' in referencing her.
