Some people buy clothes on a shopping spree, but Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner buy condos. The mother-daughter duo recently purchased three condos in the exclusive Calabasas, CA community, Avanti. Kris paid $1.5 million and $1.65 million for two separate residences, while Kim paid $1.6 million for her personal unit.

Avanti is a new upscale community in Calabasas, CA where the mother and daughter will now own three condominiums in total. This marks the latest addition to the reality stars' real-estate collections.

The units at the complex range from 2,109 square feet to 2,662 square feet of living space, with either two or three bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. There's clearly enough space to use the condos as a place to gather with their family and friends.

The units are described as having an "Italian-vibe," with details including European cabinets, Kohler fixtures, and Wolf appliances. The condos are not only beautiful but also detailed in design.

According to the Los Angeles Times, "The off-market purchases were made through separate blind trusts linked to the reality television personalities, according to public records."
