In November 2016, Chyna told Wendy Williams about the work she had done since having her daughter. “I got lipo ‘cause after I had Dream … it became so out of control,” Chyna added while motioning with her hands how much bigger her butt had become. “So, I had some of it taken out.”

The model also answered Wendy’s question on how her cheek piercings “encouraged” her dimples.

“When I took them out, I was like, ‘Oh man, now I got dimples!’” Chyna said before mentioning that the holes in her cheeks had closed up by then.

Chyna took her fans along her pre-and post-operation journey via Instagram on March 13, 2023, hoping to shed light on the effects of silicone in the body.

The influencer revealed her butt reduction took five hours longer than the estimated ​four-hour procedure, due to complications from past injections.

“Whatever that silicone mass, whatever that was that was in my buttocks, it kept clogging the machine and breaking [it],” she admitted.

On a happier note, Chyna admitted that her breast reduction – which was the fifth procedure she’s had on her chest – was “one of the best decisions” she made “in a very long time.”

While going for a more natural look, the reality star also ditched her long acrylic nails. “I’m letting [my nails] get the good old air,” she said, while revealing she was “passing the baton” to the up-and-coming artists in the entertainment industry.

“Thank you so much for all the love and support,” she wrote in the comments of her Instagram post. “I had my surgery, I’m doing good…. I will be posting my pre-op.” She has since teased her post-filler face on her Instagram Story, posting a makeup-free picture four days after undergoing her procedures.

Just four days after dissolving her fillers and undergoing procedures to reverse her butt and breast enhancements, Blac Chyna posted a makeup-free photo on her Instagram Stories after attending a church service. She looked noticeably different from her pre-operation pics.

Chyna’s famous derriere, seen here in 2015, weighed quite a bit. The Lashed Cosmetics founder revealed that after an eight-hour surgery to remove the silicone fillers from her butt, she eventually lost 10 pounds as a result of how heavy they were.

“You know how many CCs [cubic centimeters] I took out? 1,250 CCs. A two-liter Coke bottle all in my booty!” she told Access on March 27.

Chyna revealed that her kids were not phased by her new looks after her plastic surgery reversals during an interview on “Sway In the Morning.”

The mother-of-two told her son, Kairo, and daughter, Dream, she got her “boobies and butt smaller,” and they responded with a simple, “Oh, OK.”

“Dream saw my nails, she was like, ‘Your nails.’ Because she looks up to me,” she said. “Every time she’s like, “I can’t wait until I get older and get long nails mommy.’ … So now, when she sees my nails, it’s like “Oh, you have short nails. I like your nails.’ It’s more relatable to her and showing her that you don’t have to have long nails.”

Blac Chyna took to Instagram to describe a “painful” pitfall she was experiencing in the wake of a second breast reduction surgery she underwent on December 21, 2023.

“One of the worst things that could happen happened,” Chyna said. “One of my breasts got encapsulated. This is something that can happen whenever you do surgery.” She explained that the muscle in her left breast “contracted around the implant,” causing pain.

The incident happened after doctors advised her to reduce her breast size even further from her March 2023 surgery — taking them down from 385cc to 190cc — to prevent them from turning to “mush.”

Despite the roadblock, Blac Chyna said she is “very happy” with the result of her latest surgery and is “excited” to be a new member of the “itty bitty titty committee.”
