Life & Style can exclusively reveal that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are ready to become parents-of-three, nearly one year after welcoming their second daughter, Ines. Since they also have a two-year-old daughter named James, the couple is hoping for a boy this time around — and we hope they get one!

“Ryan loves his girls, but he would also like to have a son. And Blake’s always saying she wants a mini-Ryan,” a source shares, adding that they’ve already started trying. However, there won’t be any love lost if they are blessed with a third daughter. “Their goal has always been to have more than two kids,” the insider says.

That will certainly be one lucky baby, as Blake — who met Ryan on the set of Green Lantern and married him in 2012 — has gushed in the past about how important her daughters are to her. Back in April, she revealed during Variety‘s Power of Women event that she “would do anything to protect them. I would literally die for them without a moment’s thought. I mean if you think of what you would do for your child, I don’t think there’s anything you wouldn’t ask yourself.”

We also know there’s a lot of love between her and the hubs, though she recently told Vanity Fair, “I mean, I’m in love with him most of the time, but especially with that … I said, ‘Most of the time,’ because if I say, ‘I’m so in love with him all the time,’ then you get that eye-rolling, ‘Oh, her life is so great, she’s so perfect.’ So it’s, like, my defense mechanism.”
