Alert the Britney Army! Britney Spears is blessing fans with a New Year’s gift as her Piece of Me residency in Las Vegas comes to a close on Sunday, Dec. 31. That same night, the living legend will be performing her hits “Work B**ch” and “Toxic” on ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

Brit-Brit, 36, took to social media on Thursday, Dec. 21, to share the thrilling news. “Going to be ending 2017 with the last #PieceOfMe show ever and a special performance on @rockineve!! Tune in to ABC on 12/31 starting at 8/7c to watch!! #BRITNEYxRockinEve,” she wrote alongside an Instagram video.

In the clip, the pop goddess — who looks hot AF in a red lacy crop top and low-rise jeans — says, “I’m saying goodbye to Las Vegas in 2017 with a special performance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”

Though Camila Cabello, Nick Jonas, BTS, Kelly Clarkson, Florida Georgia Line, Halsey, Khalid, Shawn Mendes, Charlie Puth, and more musicians are set to light up the stage, we are admittedly most excited to see our queen, Britney, get to work, b—h! Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve takes place in NYC, but the Grammy winner’s performance will presumably be broadcasted live from The AXIS theater at Planet Hollywood during her final Piece of Me show in Sin City.

Britney’s run on The Strip is ending after four years and more than $100 million in ticket sales. Though we won’t be able to catch her at Planet Hollywood — where the Backstreet Boys and Jennifer Lopez also have residencies — anymore, the “Slumber Party” songstress’ longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, previously revealed to the Las Vegas Review-Journal that his superstar client could very well return to the desert.

“We are done with this show, and our next move is undecided. We are still talking with Caesars Entertainment and other interested parties in Las Vegas,” Larry, 54 — who also manages Miley Cyrus — told the publication back in April. “Anything is possible. We have made zero decisions. We expect a lot of interest from all parties. Britney basically sells out every show, and she loves Las Vegas, she loves performing in Vegas, and Vegas is a possibility going forward.”

He added, “She might tour, she might work on a new album. It’s too early to talk specifics about anything.” Until then, check out Britney’s best quotes about love in the video below!
