Shade Or Fatherly Love? Caitlyn Jenner Says Kylie Was ‘Better Off Waiting’ To Be Mom
Despite being one of the most famous women in the world, Kylie Jenner managed to keep the details of her pregnancy a secret… until now, that is. On Sept. 20, Caitlyn Jenner took to the British talk show Loose Women to reveal some pretty intimate details about her youngest daughter’s journey to motherhood.
“[Kylie] always wanted to be a mom,” the 68-year-old began. “When she called me up, it was a little bit tough for her because obviously she’s not been married, but fortunately she’s in a position where she can have a child and the child can be very well taken of,” she continued. “But she wanted to start a family. She wanted to start it young.”
Well, Caitlyn certain got one thing right: Kylie is more than capable of taking care of her baby girl, Stormi Webster. The 21-year-old is a soon-to-be billionaire after all! Beyond that, motherhood really does seem to suit her — and her relationship with her baby daddy, Travis Scott, seems happier and healthier than ever.
Even with that, Caitlyn did go on to express her personal reservations about Kylie having kids so young. “I’ve always believed you’re better off just waiting. There’s no rush,” Caitlyn once said to the Kylie Cosmetics mogul. “Enjoy your 20s. Have fun, enjoy it. There’s plenty of time for kids. I had my first child at 29, just turning 30.”
Hmmm, was that some subtle shade or just good ol’ fatherly love? Either way, Kylie made the decision that was best for her and clearly, it paid off! We love her little family and we can’t wait to watch it grow. We bet Ky’s mama, Kris Jenner, can’t wait either!
The 62-year-old recently revealed that she was the one to, er, “pull out” Stormi during her daughter’s childbirth. If Kris wants her career spotlighting as an OBGYN to continue, Kylie’s gonna need to start having more kiddies. LOL.
