Tracked Metrics

Wearable technology tracks heart rate and calorie burn, and is calibrated to each individual (height, weight, age, gender), constantly collecting and analyzing personal data. Live results (total calories burned, heart rate, percentage of max heart rate) are displayed on a large screen during the class, so you can track and improve metrics each week.

Integrated Training Experience

As a truly integrated fitness experience, the workout also incorporates the new PERFORMIX SST PRE molecular hydrogen infused pre workout, to increase energy, calorie burn and alkalinity. Participants can monitor the increase in caloric burn after taking SST PRE.
