Kristen Bell: Lock Kids in Their Rooms

When Kristen Bell’s daughter, Delta, began making a ruckus and annoying sis Lincoln at bedtime, The Good Place star told Parents she and hubby Dax Shepard would lock the then-toddler in her bedroom at night. “We stand outside and say, ‘We love you, we will talk to you in the morning, but now, it’s time for sleep,’” she explained in 2018. “Then, before we go to bed, obviously, we unlock it.”
