In a social experiment for YouTube, a man named Joe attempts to kidnap children by going up to them on the playground and striking up a conversation about his little puppy. (Each parent is aware of who he is and the social experiment he's filming before he approaches their child.)
As the mothers of the kids watch in absolute horror, Joe proceeds to walk away hand-in-hand with every single child he talks to.
