Was Danielle Bregoli Arrested? Get Details on the “Cash Me Outside” Girl’s Run-In With the Law
According to a new report, Danielle Bregoli (aka the “Cash Me Outside” girl) was cited for weed possession on Wednesday, April 12, but not arrested.
Sources told TMZ that the 14-year-old was hanging outside of a friend’s house in Boynton Beach, FL, when police rode by and saw the pal pull out a joint. Danielle allegedly insisted she wasn’t participating, but neither girl would rat the other one out for smoking, so both reportedly received citations.
Interestingly enough, the teen had just appeared in court that morning due to a slew of incidents that happened before she skyrocketed to Internet stardom in September. According to WPTV, the redhead is facing several felony charges, including grant theft, filing a false report, and fraud. A judge ordered Danielle to appear back in court on April 26.
News of her alleged crimes come just weeks after Danielle’s mom, Barbara Ann, was named in a lawsuit against her daughter by a woman who claims the teen verbally attacked and physically assaulted her in February.
The plaintiff, Kimberly Peterson, states that Danielle went off on her after she suggested that the viral star and her “entourage” take an argument they were having elsewhere.
“At that time and place, a verbal altercation ensued, instigated by Bregoli, which led to Peterson being assaulted and repeatedly battered and punched by Bregoli, and those directed by Bregoli, causing serious bodily injury,” the lawsuit states.
While Danielle’s rep hasn’t responded to a request for comment about her latest run in with the law, the Florida native did speak to Life & Style about recent pregnancy rumors. “That’s stupid and obviously not true,” she shared. “I don’t know where people come up with this shit.”
She also laughed off a previous death hoax. “Once again, people wanna just start some shit to start some shit. It’s all good though. Let em’ talk talk talk,” she said.
