AwwDemi Lovato Gushes Over Her Parents Dancing At A Wedding And We Believe In Love Again
And, just like that, we believe in love again. Demi Lovato took to Instagram to share a few adorable videos of her parents dancing at a wedding while looking so in love. The songstress barely featured herself in any of the footage on her Instagram Story, but was quick to highlight all the love surrounding her. Besides the bride and groom, Demi’s mom, Dianna De La Garza, and stepdad, Eddie De La Garza, definitely stole the show.
The 26-year-old showed the two lovebirds embracing during a slow dance. From Demi’s Instagram Story, it looks like the wedding of her longtime friend Jenna Schubart was filled with tons of dancing, laughing, and good times with family.
The wedding was for one of Demi’s longtime friends. The “Daddy Issues” singer posted a quick selfie from the big day with the caption, “I was a bridesmaid yesterday for my sister/former babysitter/friend of 23 years… I love you [Jenna]. What a perfect wedding for a perfect couple!!” Demi looked gorgeous in a black lace dress with her dark hair worn down in pretty curls.
The singer opted for a neutral makeup look complete with a nude lip and full lashes. She wore simple (and gigantic) diamond studs to go with her diamond necklace. Now that’s how you dress for a wedding!
Demi has been soaking up every moment with close family and friends the past few months since her near-fatal overdose back in July. Since getting out of rehab in November, she’s been doing well and surrounding herself with positivity and love. “I’m so blessed I get to take this time to be with family, relax, work on my mind, body, and soul and come back when I’m ready,” the brunette beauty said in a Twitter post. “I have my fans to thank for that.”
