Diddy Lands Second Prison Violation After Being Transferred to FCI Fort Dix: Report
Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly facing a second prison violation for participating in a three-way call after he was involved in an alleged alcohol scandal at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
Combs, 56, has been accused of participating in an unauthorized three-person call shortly after he was transferred to the New Jersey prison, which is against the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) strict rules. While citing prison documents, CBS News reported on Monday, November 10 that Combs is now potentially facing a loss of phone privileges for his alleged involvement.
After news broke about Combs’ alleged involvement in the phone call, his rep, Juda Engelmayer, insisted in a statement to People that his client did not break prison rules. Engelmayer said the call was initiated by an attorney, while he also revealed Combs has been working amid his prison sentence.
“He is in the drug treatment program and he is working in the chapel library,” Engelmayer told the outlet. “The phone call he was on was initiated by an attorney and it was attorney client privilege and appropriate.”

Combs’ alleged involvement in the three-way phone call came shortly after TMZ reported on November 7 that he was allegedly caught drinking homemade alcohol in prison.
“There have been several false and reckless reports circulating about Mr. Combs,” a spokesperson for Combs previously told People. “He has not violated any prison rules. His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities, and he is taking them seriously.”
The disgraced music mogul was transferred from MDC Brooklyn to FCI Fort Dix on October 30. He is currently serving a 50-month sentence after he was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Combs was first arrested in September 2024 and has been serving time in prison ever since, which means he already served more than one year by the time he was sentenced on October 3. In addition to prison time, Combs was also ordered to pay a $500,000 fine.

His attorneys previously requested that he be transferred to Fort Dix, which is a low‑security prison located on a military base and is known for its access to drug rehabilitation programs.
“In order to address drug abuse issues and to maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts, we request that the court strongly recommend to the Bureau of Prisons that Mr. Combs be placed at FCI Fort Dix,” Combs’ attorney, Teny Geragos, wrote in their request for his transfer, per multiple reports.
