The piece is listed at $285K.”

“From my knowledge, this piece was created specifically for the show by the costume designer and the head of design at David Webb. The piece is made of 18 karat yellow gold designed to look like snake scales,” he says. “The head of the serpent contains a carved cabochon emerald and has cabochon emerald eyes of an approximately 7 carats in total. The head and tail are also adorned with approximately 3.5 carats of white diamonds. I don’t believe that they have determined an exact price for this piece yet but are hoping to develop a line of jewelry around the idea. My guess is that if they do price it, it will end up at approximately $200K.”
