The pair romanced each other shortly after Jeet took home his first of five World Series championships in 1996.

But things turned sour pretty quickly.

During a party thrown by Diddy in 1998, he was allegedly overheard telling his then-ex, “you’re crazy.”

Yikes!

Luckily, Mariah’s now happily married to actor Nick Cannon with two beautiful twins, dem babies Roc and Roe.

Jordana Brewster: 2003

Jeter wooed the sexy Fast & Furious actress, and though it didn’t work out, things ended amicably.

“I still like the Yankees. And he’s a great guy!” the brunette beauty said about their relationship a couple years later.

This proves furthermore just how perfect this man is – even his exes rave about him!

Jordana’s married to film producer Andrew Form, and the pair have a son named Julian.

Vanessa Minnillo: 2003

From one hot brunette to the next!

After a brief romance, the sexy duo parted ways – and Vanessa moved on with her now husband Nick Lachey.

According to reports, Derek was overhead speaking fondly of his former girlfriend and her new relationship.

“As long as they are happy, I’m happy for them,” he allegedly said. “Nick seems like a great guy.”

And now they’re proud parents to an adorable son, Camden.

Jessica Alba: 2004

It’s never been confirmed, but it’s said Derek was smitten with the actress for quite some time.

(Note: we’re pretty sure most guys have felt that way.)

So in the mid-2000s, he took a trip to the West Coast and reportedly had his people reach out to her people (Hollywood is so complicated) and the rest is history.

Obviously it was short lived – Jessica married Cash Warren in 2008 and welcomed daughter Honor that same year. Their second girl, Haven, arrived in 2011.

Scarlett Johansson: 2004

Sheesh – he sure was busy during this time.

Not only did he wine and dine Jessica, but he also reportedly did the same with ScarJo.

Though “never official,” they were spotted dining together during this time, which revved up rumors of a romance.

A freakin’ hot romance at that.

But that’s all in the past for Scar, who’s currently engaged to French boyfriend Romain Dauriac.

Adriana Lima: 2006

Because, you know, this guy hadn’t dated some of the hottest ladies in Hollywood already.

The gorgeous twosome took a stroll on love lane – and Derek must have been a pretty awesome guy to have the Victoria’s Secret supermodel looking at him like that.

They’ve never publicly discussed their relationship (the pro athlete is very private – another reason we love him), but Adriana is now a wifey to NBA player Marko Jarić and a mom to two young daughters.

This gal certainly has an interest in athletes…

Jessica Biel: 2006 – 2007

Before Justin Timberlake (girl is lucky) put a ring on it, Derek vacationed with it!

For a while in 2006, Jess and Derek were an item – and were even photographed flaunting their fit bods in Puerto Rico in early 2007.

As the story goes, it didn’t work out – but JT certainly isn’t a bad consolation prize.

Minka Kelly: 2008 – 2011

Everyone thought the Friday Night Lights stunner might be the woman to tame the bachelor.

Unfortunately, they called off their three-year relationship in August 2011.

Things seemed to be back on when they were snapped canoodling in Paris in early 2012.

But then Minka was seen getting cozy with Wilmer Valderrama.

She then dated actor Chris Evans for a year – they split in October 2013.

Hannah Davis: 2013 —

Less than a year of dating, Derek called it quits with the gorgeous Sports Illustrated model.

Earlier this month, a report claimed he put the ax on their union three months ago because of her growing fame.

It’s said that’s why his relationships with Minka and Vanessa ended – right around the time their careers picked up, he hit the road.
