Dianna Agron was all nipples galore when she stepped out in a dress with a dangerously low plunging neckline. But the ‘Glee’ star stepped it up a little bit in terms of wardrobe malfunctions. She didn’t just have a nip slip, she pretty much had a full-on boob slip.

The actress was attending the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Fashion Gala on March 12 and became visibly embarrassed when she accidentally gave the entire party, which included guests like Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss, a sneak peek of her goods.
