Grammys 2020 Red Carpet Arrivals: What Your Favorite Celebrities Wore

Hitting all the right notes! (Fashion notes, that is.) On Sunday, January 26, music’s best and brightest stars descended onto the red carpet of the 2020 Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in L.A.

Unlike other — ahem, boring — awards shows, celebrity style at the Grammys is a veritable feast of over-the-top designs. Fun fact: Jennifer Lopez wore the Versace silk chiffon dress to the 42nd Grammy Awards in 2000. While none of this year’s looks could ever top that iconic moment in fashion history, we’ve gotta say, these artists certainly didn’t disappoint! You’re all winners in our book.

Unfortunately, that won’t be the case for the rest of the night. The competition this year is fierce … and that’s putting it mildly. Take Best New Artist, for example. The nominees are Black Pumas, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Maggie Rogers, Rosalía, Tank and the Bangas and Yola.

To be honest, we can’t handle Billie and Lizzo being up against each other. However, no matter who wins the category, it’s so well-deserved! Naturally, the competition isn’t just cutthroat for the newbies. Plenty of seasoned artists like Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Lana Del Rey and Camila Cabello are facing off for other awards.

Perhaps the most coveted title of the night is Album of the Year. The nominees are I, I by Bon Iver, Norman F–ing Rockwell! by Lana Del Rey, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? by Billie Eilish, Thank U, Next by Ariana Grande, I Used To Know Her by H.E.R., 7 by Lil Nas X, Cuz I Love You (Deluxe) by Lizzo and Father of the Bride by Vampire Weekend.
