Although Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been dating for more than a year now, the country crooner, 40, has never met his girlfriend’s ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale — until now!
Sources tell Life & Style that the duo will finally come face-to-face for an upcoming event at her kids’ school, and things could get awkward.

“Gwen never wanted this to be the way Gavin and Blake met,” an insider shares. “But Gavin always showed resistance to meeting Blake sooner.”

The mother-of-three’s just hopeful that everything will go smoothly. “There will be a lot of eyes on them,” the source notes.
At least the 47-year-old’s relationship with Blake is still solid. The duo was recently spotted in Lake Arrowhead, CA, on a mini-vacation with her sons.
