Love bloomed for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton during the darkest time of their lives, but now, it’s all about matrimonial bliss — and we’ve got the sweetest details! With Gwen being a fierce mama to three beautiful boys, it was important that her kids play a special role in her wedding — and that’s exactly what they’ll be doing.

Before the bride makes her jaw-dropping entrance, Life & Style has learned that Gwen’s kiddies from her previous marriage to 52-year-old Gavin Rossdale — Kingston, 12, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 4, — will be taking the spotlight. “Of course Gwen would choose her kids to be ring bearers,” a source revealed. “They adore Blake and are very excited about approaching the next chapter in all of their lives.”

Even if the soon-to-be bride and her country singer love are some of the biggest celebrities in the world, they’re all about keeping things humble — especially Gwen! “She’s calling the wedding ‘fancy but casual,'” the source added. “She wants the kids running around and the day to be all about family.”

Unfortunately, there is one member of “her family” who is none too pleased about her boys’ involvement in her walk down the aisle. Gwen’s ex-husband is worried about how close his sons are with Blake. “Gavin feels replaced,” an insider explained to In Touch. “Even though he’s the one who cheated, he has some anger issues.”

Since Gwen began dating her fellow Voice coach back in 2015, Blake has become a second father figure to the boys, going hiking and taking them on helicopter rides. “Gavin says he doesn’t like that his children are being raised as little cowboys, with all that time spent at Blake’s home in Oklahoma,” the insider continued. 

Here’s hoping that Gavin will be able to put his reservations about Blake and Gwen’s happily ever after aside, and let his boys enjoy their mommy’s special day!
