Get It, Girl! Jordyn Woods Is Set to Make Her Acting Debut on Freeform’s ‘Grown-ish’
We stan a multi-talented queen! In addition to being a model, fashion designer and social media influencer, it looks like Jordyn Woods is adding actor to her resumé. That’s right, ladies and gentlemen, the former Kar-Jenner cohort is coming to a TV screen near you. The best part? You won’t have to wait very long. Jordy is set to guest star on season 2 of Freeform’s hit series Grown-ish sometime this summer.
According to reports, the 21-year-old will be playing a first-year college student named Dee. Jordyn’s character is described as a “sweet soul with a soft-spoken and sincere vulnerability.” Hmmm, doesn’t sound too far off from real life. After all, Jordyn certainly is quite the sweet soul.
Unsurprisingly, fans of the brunette beauty are thrilled by the news of her big opportunity. “Yes, yes, yes! I am so here for this,” one user commented on Twitter. “Can’t wait to see you!” added another. One person even chimed in with Kris Jenner’s signature momager line, “You’re doing amazing, sweetie.”
Amazing, indeed! It seems that despite some personal setbacks following the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal in February, 2019 is actually shaping up to be Jordyn’s most successful year yet. As for her friendship with Kylie Jenner? Well, the jury is still out on that. Unfortunately, the former besties have yet to have any public communication since Jordy’s steamy night with Khloé Kardashian’s baby daddy, 27.
However, considering Jordy was spotted hanging out with the makeup mogul’s current bestie Anastasia Karanikolaou in the U.K. on Tuesday, May 28, it’s possible that she’s back in the old crew. Even so, whether Jordyn is back in the Kardashian’s good graces or not, her accomplishments are admirable and she deserves all the praise! Keep killing it, girly.
