Pregnant Kim Kardashian Spotted at Plastic Surgeon’s Office — Is She Getting More Work Done?
A heavily pregnant Kim Kardashian showed up last night at Botched’s Dr. Paul Nassif’s office and we can’t help but wonder — is she about to go under the knife?!
With only a few months left until her due date, we certainly hope not. The 34-year-old was accompanied by Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner and of course her boytoy, Corey Gamble, to the medical facility. Quite the family affair!

Plastic surgeon, Paul Nassif has a meeting with the Kardashian family.
The scene didn’t exactly help quiet down the plast surgery rumors but fortunately though, it looks like the entire group was having some sort of intense conversation with a presentation involved.
Kim and Kourtney leave the meeting carrying an extremely thick booklet marked “Confidential.”

Afterwards, as the reality family left the venue, Kim and Khloe were seen with a conspicuously large booklet that appears to be marked “Confidential.”
Only time will tell if Kimmy or someone else for that matter is getting something done or if this is just the beginning phase of a new business endeavor for the group because luckily for us, the whole thing was being taped!
