Baby mama drama is coming between Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes. The Ray actor has been spotted hanging out with Kristin Grannis, the mother of his youngest daughter Annalise, multiple times this month — and Katie is starting to suspect there is something more between the exes.

“She recently found out about a string of texts Jamie sent to Kristin that included details of secret meetings — and him admitting he still loved her,” a source told In Touch. Katie has been dating Jamie under the radar since her divorce from Tom Cruise in 2012, so this latest betrayal is devastating for the Dawson’s Creek alum. “It’s taken her years to trust Jamie enough to publicly be seen with him, and he showed a blatant lack of respect,” the insider added.

To add insult to injury, the same day he met up with Kristin, he was dismissive of his five-year relationship with Katie, telling cameras, “It’s Black History Month… No white girls til March 1.” He also abruptly walked away from an ESPN interview when asked about his longtime girlfriend just one day earlier.

However, Jamie, 50, is adamant there is nothing going on between him and his baby mama beyond discussing their daughter. He is also planning a grand gesture to win Katie back. “He’s desperately trying to make their relationship work,” the source added. “He’s planning a make-or-break luxury vacation for them and begging Katie to hear him out. But it’s going to take a lot of hard work and effort for Jamie to get back into Katie’s good graces because his behavior is unforgivable.”

Despite the texting scandal, the uber-private couple has no plans to go public with their relationship — and agreed to keep quiet when it comes to the media. “Katie and Jamie have an agreement that they’ll never talk about their relationship or each other in the press,” a source explained to Us Weekly, adding that the way he handled the ESPN interview was his way of “respecting their agreement.” As for the baby mama, that’s a different story.
