Jenna Dewan Shares A Message About Strength Following Her Split From Channing Tatum
It seemed like our world was rocked when Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan split earlier this year. (Not over it still, TBH.) The former couple share daughter, Everly, and are both trying to navigate the dating scene too.
It’s hard to see an ex move on in general, let alone when they are one of the most famous actors in Hollywood, but Jenna is putting on a brave face. She posted a picture on Instagram that said, “There’s nothing more beautiful than when you prove to yourself just how strong you are.” Her caption read, “I know it’s cliché, but be your own cheerleader. And take a moment today to bless how far you’ve come and what your heart, mind, body and soul have endured. Never stop believing in your own divine power. Life is expansive and here for YOU.” You go, girl!
Channing has been making headlines recently because his relationship with singer Jessie J is heating up; they were first spotted on a mini-golf date earlier this month. A source told People, “It’s a new thing for them and too early to see if it will go anywhere. But for now they are having fun and getting to know each other.”
Meanwhile, an insider revealed to Us Weekly that Jenna is moving on too and “is seeing someone new, but her mystery man isn’t ‘well known.’”
Times are changing for the former couple, but one thing that is constant is that they are on the same page about raising their daughter. The World of Dance host opened up to Harper’s Bazaar about co-parenting, saying, “We’re just getting used to it. We’re in a very positive energy together, trying to be the best parents to Everly. We support each other.”
Jenna adores her little girl. She told Us Weekly, “Everly is the love of my life, I love being her mom. She is so energetic and creative. She’s going through a destructive phase because she loves taking things apart and putting something else together, creating. She wants to explore and transform everything around her.”
It sounds like Jenna is going to be just fine!
