Jenna Jameson Before and After Plastic Surgery — See the Former Porn Star’s Drastic Transformation!
Did Jenna Jameson get plastic surgery? In the past, the former porn star has copped to getting butt implants and breast implants — which she had removed back in 2007. But fans also think she may have undergone a nose job, cheek fillers, and countless other injections in her lips and face.
Jenna, 42, has completely transformed throughout her years in the spotlight. Since becoming “The Queen of Porn” — a title she earned after starting in the pornography industry at just 19 years old — we’ve seen her ever-changing face (and body!) appear vastly different almost every time she’s stepped onto a red carpet.
“When I had [breast] implants, I felt uncomfortable. I would be shy at the beach,” she admitted. “I know it sounds funny, but I’d wear high-necked clothes — unless I was at an adult-film convention. So I thought, ‘Why don’t I be who I am and get my real ones back?'”

Though she’s expressed regret over her breast augmentation, Jenna doesn’t feel the same about her sculpted derrière.
“I’ve always had a pretty big, round butt. [But] it’s definitely had a little something-something [done to it],” she has said.
It’s not just her curves that have gotten curvier. Nowadays, Jameson — who appeared on VH1’s Couples’ Therapy in 2014 with her ex-boyfriend — is nearly unrecognizable. While pregnant with her third child, Jenna revealed on Instagram that she has gained a lot of weight due to IVF drugs.
“I’ve gained a substantial amount of weight with this baby, and I’m sure a lot of women can relate,” she wrote. “It IS an IVF baby, and my body reacted very strangely to the meds (lots of water retention and weight gain) and to be honest it doesn’t bother me at all, as long as baby is healthy.”
