A new pad, please! Jennifer Garner wants to sell the Pacific Palisades, Calif., home she shared with her estranged husband, Ben Affleck — especially now that he’s moved on with Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus.

“Jen wants a completely new start,” an insider exclusively tells Life & Style. “She’s been telling friends that she’s thinking about putting the home on the market. Jen says she sees Ben everywhere you look, and that’s not healthy for her.”

While it could potentially be a tough adjustment for the former couple’s children — daughters Violet, 11, and Seraphina, 8, and five-year-old son Samuel — since they grew up in the 8,800-square-foot, $45 million mansion, the source tells us that “Jen feels she needs a new beginning.”

As the Alias alum reels over Ben’s new romance, the Oscar-winning actor and Lindsay — who shares a four-year-old daughter with her producer ex-husband, Kevin Miller — are already thinking about starting a family together.

“They’re actively talking about having a baby,” an insider recently told In Touch, adding that Lindsay first got close with Ben back in 2012, and since then, has been waiting for him to call it quits with Jennifer. “They’re ready to start a family.”

Jen and Ben — who first met on the set of 2001’s Pearl Harbor and fell in love while shooting 2003’s Daredevil — revealed in June 2015 that they were pulling the plug on their 10-year marriage. Following their split, Ben briefly dated their nanny, Christine Ouzounian. The 29-year-old cared for the pair’s three kids during a secret 10-month trial separation.

Though she may be emotionally distraught from the aftermath of her breakup with Ben, Jennifer has done her best to maintain an amicable relationship with her ex for the sake of their children. “We are definitely a modern family,” the Miracles From Heaven actress said of co-parenting with the Oscar winner during an August 2016 appearance on the Today show. “We’re doing really well.”
