Lo got a new fiancé recently when Alex Rodriguez asked her to marry him, but it looks like he’ll be more than just a husband — he’ll be a gym partner! The couple left the gym in Miami again together on March 15, and it’s good that he has just as much interest in fitness as her, because it’s “her obsession!”

To round out their first week as an engaged couple, Jennifer, 49, and Alex, 43, hit the gym together, looking hot on March 15. Jen’s booty was on full display in a skintight pair of Beyond Yoga gunmetal leggings and matching bra, and A-Rod could barely keep his hands off her! It’s a darn good thing that A-Rod is into fitness, because a source tells Life & Style that it’s the most important thing to her!

“J. Lo easily spends more hours at the gym every day than she does anywhere else, including her home, and she’d spend more time there if she had it,” said the insider. Well then, it sounds like Alex would never see his future bride if he didn’t tag along! He’s so cute holding her hand.

“She’s taking her obsession for exercise to new heights by working out a minimum of six hours a day,” the pal continued. Okay, A-Rod is totally enabling her addiction!

“She’ll get out of bed and do 100 each of squats and lunges on the floor, and several sets of five-minute planks and then it’s off to the gym,” said the source. It sure looks like that’s what she was doing before this gym sesh, look at those muscles! “If she’s not sweating in the sauna or swimming, she’ll be pumping iron relentlessly for hours on end to keep her body tuned.”

“Her entire life revolves around exercise,” the source concluded. “She’s even been known to take power naps in the gym, which really help her to recharge.” It looks like she has a buddy in her obsession, now. Let’s hope she can commit to marriage just as hard as she commits to exercise!
