OMGJennifer Lopez (AKA Jennifer Glow-pez) Is Dropping A Skincare Line Next Year
We’d like to go ahead and take a moment of silence for all of our current skincare products. Why, you ask? Well, as soon as Jennifer Lopez drops her new skincare line, they’re all going in the garbage. #SorryNotSorry.
According to Refinery29, the Queen of Glow revealed her new project at the premiere of her new movie, Second Act. “I will be coming out with a skincare line. I’ve been working on it for a long time because I don’t want to put [just] anything out,” the 49-year-old said. “It’s going to be something that works. That’s what you can count on when my name is on something.” Girl, we believe you!
Additionally, Jennifer noted that her line will reflect the various tricks of the trade she’s learned over the years. OK, we’re screaming now. “I want it to be something that encompasses all the things I’ve learned and all the secrets I have. And it doesn’t have anything to do with needles,” she admitted. *Cancels first botox consultation.*
Of course, this is hardly the first time J. Lo has discussed her skin in public. To put it into perspective: Jennifer’s skin is as famous as Kim Kardashian’s butt. TBH, it may be more famous. Speaking of Kim, one of Jennifer’s skincare secrets happens to put the KUWTK star to shame.
“I never go to bed without taking my makeup off,” Jen told People magazine in 2016. Keeks, on the other hand, recently admitted to rocking the same makeup days in a row. Yikes. On Sunday, Dec. 9, the KKW Beauty mogul appeared on Busy Tonight and made her shocking revelation in a Q&A segment.
Host Busy Phillips asked the 38-year-old, “Have you ever accidentally slept with your makeup on?” Kim nonchalantly replied, “All the time,” shocking beauty enthusiasts and dermatologists everywhere. She continued, “Like even if I can’t have glam the next day, I’ll sleep like perfectly. Maybe I’ll redo my skin, but I try to salvage it for two days.” Needless to say, we’ll be following J. Lo’s advice (and buying every single one of her products, obviously).s
