When it comes to celebrity couples, Jessie James Decker and her husband, Eric Decker, are one of the best in the game. Not only do they look great together, but they’re also incredible parents to their three children, Vivianne, Eric II and Forrest. The sweetest part? Eric, who is retired from the NFL, gets to see his little ones every day. “He’s a stay-at-home dad now,” Jessie, 31, told Life & Style at the Enfagrow NeuroPro launch event on Tuesday, June 18, in NYC.

“He’s amazing at it. I always am like, ‘What can’t you do?’ He’s so great at it, and he loves it,” the singer gushed. “He loves being a stay-at-home dad right now and the kids love it. It’s just been nice to have him home, you know?” In addition to fawning over her man’s parenting skills, Jessie shared a little bit about their family’s special bond.

“We’re really tight. You know, I hope other families are this tight because it’s such a beautiful, special thing,” she expressed. “We all just, I mean, sometimes we’ll all end up in mommy and daddy’s bed together, all snuggling and laughing and wrestling. I don’t know, we’re just happy. And I think it’s because we all love each other so much and we’re all so grateful for one another.”

Beyond getting their snuggle on, Jessie likes to include Vivianne, 5, Eric II, 3, and Forrest, 14 months, in some kitchen time activities. “It’s really great to get them involved — and my mom did that with me,” she explained. “I have memories of sitting on the counter snapping green beans, you know? So, I think it’s really good to involve your children. Vivi cracks the eggs every time when I cook them something. That involvement, I just think it’s really important and it’s good for them to see the process of creating food,” she continued.

“We definitely try our very best to create really good eating and healthy habits and my husband’s been so … it’s like a huge priority to him, because he grew up in that way of nutrition being so important to sports and athletics,” Jessie noted. “So, we both have the same view on nutrition. It’s been great to coparent in that way together.”
