Justin Bieber has nothing to say when it comes to his ex.

The 22-year-old singer was stopped by TMZ cameras on Saturday, January 14, while leaving Catch restaurant with Patrick Schwarzenegger, but refused to answer any questions about his ex, Selena Gomez.

The "Hands to Myself" singer was spotted getting cozy with The Weeknd earlier this week in Santa Monica, and the two later kissed while waiting outside Giorgio Baldi restaurant. Though they have yet to confirm any relationship, the star's famous ex was clearly not interested in commenting on her current love interest.

Though the on-again-off-again couple split in 2015, the two have continued to be present in each other's lives. However, according to sources, their tumultuous relationship has upset Selena's mom, Mandy.

"While Selena does suffer from lupus and other health issues, that's not the reason she went to rehab," an insider revealed. "Her biggest addiction is Justin."

While Selena completed a three-month stint in rehab last year, her mother believes that Justin was partly to blame.

"Her family feels that no one has ever gotten under her skin like Justin and, ultimately, he affected her in a deeply negative way," a source told Life & Style exclusively. "Mandy really believes that Selena will be able to heal faster without him."

"Justin is such poison to Selena," another source has said. "Even when he isn't around, she is still self-destructing because of him."

However, Selena herself admitted that the break from music and touring was necessary after a non-stop schedule.

"I had to stop, because I had everything and I was absolutely broken inside," she said during the American Music Awards. "I kept it all together enough to where I would never let you down but I kept it too much together to where I let myself down."

Since leaving rehab, the star has returned to public life, and now even seems to have a new beau. Seems like things are looking up in 2017!
