Kanye West Charged In Paparazzi Attack
Kanye West has been charged with misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft after an altercation with a paparazzo at LAX on July 19.
In a video obtained by TMZ West can be seen approaching a group of photographers who are waiting for him curbside and then pushing one of them to the ground when he refuses to stop addressing the star.

The photographer, Daniel Ramos, subsequently filed a lawsuit against West and retained celebrity attorney Gloria Allred to represent him.
In the suit Ramos claims the rapper punched him and injured his right hip.
West is due to be arraigned on October 10 and could face up to a year in prison if convicted.
