Real Estate Envy! Check Out Kendall Jenner’s $9 Million Beverly Hills Mansion
Considering Kendall Jenner is one of the highest-paid models in the world, it should really come as no surprise that her humble abode is magnificent. That said, we weren’t prepared for just *how* massive the KUWTK star’s 6,625-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion looks from above.
While Kendall, 23, may not have a personal tennis court like most of her neighbors, she pretty much has everything else you’d want in a home — and backyard, for that matter.
The outdoor area is complete with a pool and several lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the California sunshine. Kenny even has an atrium connecting the front of her home to the back!
As it happens, though, Kendall’s big sister Kim Kardashian wasn’t too pleased when Kendall purchased the home — ahem, for $8.55 million — in October 2017.
The SKIMS founder took issue with the house previously being owned by actor Charlie Sheen. In fact, a source exclusively revealed to Life & Style magazine that Kim “got the chills” when she first visited Kendall’s mansion.
“Kim doesn’t like the property because of everything that went on there,” the insider said at the time. “Cops were called to the home on numerous occasions because of all the drama that went on there.”
Considering the Kar-Jenners are such a tight-knit bunch, Kendall listened to her sister’s concerns and “promised” to do a “major overhaul” on her place.
As we now know, Kenny made good on her promise to Kim. Goodbye, bad Charlie Sheen juju! Hello, renovated mansion! In August 2018, Kendall completed the remodel of her home and has been happily residing there ever since.
Of course, given her crazy career schedule, Kendall is constantly traveling. However, based on several of her social media posts, she spends as much time at home with her friends and family as she can!
Unfortunately, save for a few snapshots, Kendall rarely shows the inside of her home. Even so, we’re totally cool with just obsessing over the exterior. We mean, come on, just look at it! *Swoons over real estate.*
