Kerry Washington Squashes Divorce Rumors By Bringing Husband to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner
Kerry Washington is putting those divorce rumors to rest.
The Scandal star made a rare appearance with husband Nnamdi Asomugha at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, April 30.
Though the two did not pose for photos together, Nnamdi was seen taking a step back as his actress wife made the red carpet rounds at the star-studded “nerd prom.”

The two are parents to two-year-old daughter Isabelle and have been married since June 2013. Throughout the years, however, they’ve kept their private life under wraps.
“I’m walking around in the world with my ring. And when people say ‘Congratulations,’ I say ‘Thank you,’” Kerry told Glamour in 2013. “But I’m going to continue to not talk about it and just let it unfold.”
Recently, the pair has been plagued with divorce rumors, but this latest appearance will no doubt help squash further reports.
