OMGKhloé and Kim Kardashian Clap Back at ‘Bachelorette’ Creator Mike Fleiss For Starting Rumors
If you’ve checked your phone or the internet even once in the last week, you’ve heard that Khloé Kardashian‘s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, was caught getting hot and heavy with Kylie Jenner‘s former BFF, Jordyn Woods. Considering ouiker sweet Koko has been pretty unlucky in love as of late, Bachelorette creator Mike Fleiss took it upon himself to offer the 34-year-old new mama a solution — one her and her big sis Kim Kardashian didn’t take kindly to.
Mike, 54, started the social media rumors that Khlo was “in contention” to be the next Bachelorette on February 20, which Kim, 38, caught wind of and called “Fake f—king news big time!!!” in a retweet to her fans and followers on February 23.
The Bachelorette mogul then went on a pretty lengthy Twitter rant, claiming the rest of the Kardashians wouldn’t know if Khloé was participating anyway.
“She’s outta the loop on this one,” Mike retweeted Kim. “How would @KimKardashian know? This is between me and @krisjenner — and of course, @khloekardashian!!” He’s not wrong that “momager” Kris Jenner would, of course, be in the know if something was going down but … it does seem like a bit of a reach.
“FYI … we have strict confidentiality agreements with all #TheBachelorette candidates,” he continued in a separate tweet. “@khloekardashian couldn’t tell @KimKardashian anyway …”
Finally, Khlo had enough and decided to chime in herself. “I’m not f—king clickbait right now,” she wrote to the creator. “Stop or you will be hearing from my lawyers. How insensitive!!”
Considering Koko felt the need to shut Mike down herself, you’d think the dust would have settled after that. Except Kim, being the protective big sis she is, couldn’t allow Mike room for any comebacks.
“Oh really???? Wait a minute …” she retweeted his claim that Khloé wouldn’t be allowed to divulge to her sister, then tagged him in a separate tweet including a screenshot of a group text with Kris and Khlo where they both deny any production talks with the ABC show.
Though it could be fun to see Khloe try her hand at love again via reality TV, we don’t want her participating in something she isn’t into. Our beloved Bachelorette and Keeping Up with the Kardashians are going to have to stay on the separate channels — for now.
