Khloe Kardashian ‘Not Going to Turn Her Back’ on Scott Disick Despite Kourtney Moving On

Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick have some reality TV viewers convinced their flirty friendship is just for ratings. Their connection is 100 percent genuine and they spend a lot more time together than people realize, a source exclusively tells Life & Style, whether big sister Kourtney Kardashian likes it or not.

“Scott has been in Khloé’s life since she was in her early 20s. She says he’s family for her and always will be. He treats her like a sister, he’s always been super protective of her,” the insider explains.

The New York native, 41, has been there as a shoulder to cry on for Khloé, 40, during her divorce from ex-husband Lamar Odom and ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson‘s cheating scandals.

“When she went through her hell with Tristan, he was right there supporting her and doing everything possible to help. And it was the same with Lamar,” the source reveals.

“As far as Khloé’s concerned, he’s been totally ride or die for her and she’s not going to turn her back on him just because Kourtney has moved on. She’s not trash talking Kourtney with Scott, or spilling her secrets … or at least she says she’s not,” says the source.

“But, of course, Kourtney suspects that and is bothered. The fact that Khloé chose Scott as her first podcast guest over her sister pretty much sums it all up,” the insider adds. “Khloé doesn’t seem to see Kourtney’s side at all though and gets very defensive about her relationship with Scott when it comes up.”

Kourtney, 45, and Scott split in 2015 after nine years together. The former couple share three children: Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10.

The Poosh founder found love again with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. The longtime friends began dating in early 2021. They went on to marry in a May 15, 2022, civil ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, followed by lavish nuptials in Portofino, Italy, on May 22, 2022.

Kourtney and Travis, 49, started a family of their own with the birth of their son, Rocky Thirteen, on November 1, 2023.

Khloé and Scott discussed how there has been ongoing speculation for years that something more was going on between the two other than just friendship when he appeared on the premiere episode of her “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast on January 8.

Even his late parents, Bonnie and Jeffrey Disick, used to ask him about rumors they’d heard about their son at the time. “Every day, they were like, ‘You got Khloé pregnant?’ I’m like, ‘Yes, Dad, I got Khloé pregnant.’ and he’s like, ‘OK,’” Scott joked.

However, Khloé quickly cut in to make sure everyone knew Scott wasn’t being serious. “You never got me pregnant,” she clarified.

The Good American founder went on to gush about how fans wanted to hear a frank conversation between her and Scott.

“So, I did a poll like, ‘Who do you guys want on my podcast?’ and you were the No. 1 person that got requested to be on my podcast,” Khloé admitted during the episode. “And then my number one question — well I think there’s two questions — have you and I ever hooked up? And — I didn’t know if this was related to you and I, or just in general, why aren’t we married?”

While Scott enthusiastically yelled, “f–k yeah” regarding whether or not he and Khloé had ever hooked up, she quickly shut him down by saying, “No, we haven’t.”

The Talentless founder then got serious, saying it was “psychotic” that people think he and Khloé were ever intimate.

“Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We’re not soulmates,” Scott explained. “Obviously, I say a lot of gross things that are probably too much, but that’s just who I am. I’m not serious.”

Khloé added, “The crazy thing is if we actually were together, we’d be annihilated for it. It’s disgusting.”
