Fresh Start? Khloé Kardashian Gets Her Calabasas Home Renovated Following Tristan Thompson Split
Revenge body? More like revenge real estate! Seeing as Khloé Kardashian is already a total hottie, the KUWTK star, 34, is giving her Calabasas home a makeover following her highly publicized split from Tristan Thompson. Taking to her Instagram Story on Tuesday, June 4, Koko shared an exciting clip of her renovation journey.
“I walk into my house because I’m moving and guess who’s here — The Home Edit to make me happy,” she exclaimed. For those of you who don’t know, The Home Edit is an L.A. and Nashville-based home organization company. Basically, their Instagram aesthetic is what Type A dreams are made of.
From refrigerators to closets, The Home Edit is all about keeping things orderly and isn’t that exactly what life calls for after a man cheats on you with your little sister’s best friend? We think so. Of course, we’re referring to the NBA baller, 27, hooking up with Kylie Jenner’s former bestie Jordyn Woods.
Despite a few negative setbacks — ahem, blaming the entire incident on Jordyn — it seems as though Koko has come a long way from the toxic situation and we think sprucing up her home will only continue to propel her on a happy path. Question is, what the heck did Koko mean when she said she’s “moving”? Well, as it happens, she hasn’t been staying in her Calabasas house for nearly six months!
According to Entertainment Tonight, the Good American mogul has been “living in a rental property.” Poor thing! Between taking care of her daughter, True, and dealing with all the Tristan drama, not having a sense of home must have been hard. That said, a source close to the reality star revealed to the publication that things are looking up these days. “[She’s] happy her home got a facelift,” they expressed.
