If you want a body like Kim Kardashian, you have to follow her strict diet.

Since giving birth to her second child, Saint in December, Kim has shed over 60 pounds by following the Atkins diet — a low-carb diet that forces your body into a fat-burning state called Ketosis. Instead of carbs, you can eat fiber rich foods like quinoa, bucket wheat, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, zucchini, eggplant and kale.
Kim typically starts her day with high-fiber oatmeal with berries (yum!) and a protein source like turkey or egg whites. She also makes sure to eat healthy fats such as avocado, nuts, and olive oil and limits her intake of fried foods and full-fat cheese.
Another easy trick is to drink grapefruit juice because a glass a day can help you burn body fat, increase metabolism and reduce appetite. That's right— a glass a day keeps the fat away!
The best part about the diet is Kim doesn't have to starve herself to slim down. In fact, the reality star eats 1,500 to 1,800 calories a day.
