With her birthday fast approaching, Kim Kardashian, who turns 44 on October 21, is ditching her people-pleasing persona. “She used to be so consumed by the public’s perception of her,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. “Not anymore!” Four kids and three divorces later, “Kim couldn’t care less about what anybody says or thinks about her,” the source continues, “and is adopting a new ‘love me or love me’ mentality.”
