Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Take the San Diego Zoo — With North and Saint!
The San Diego Zoo had some famous visitors on Thursday — and no, we’re not talking about lions. tigers, or bears. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were all smiles with their kids North and Saint as they spent their day among the animals at the California park.
In a series of adorable photos on Instagram, Kim snapped North feeding an elephant a piece of lettuce and hanging out with some penguins. Kanye was also caught smiling — a rare occurrence — as he posed with his little boy, who is rocking a full head of curly hair. Unfortunately, Chicago West was not in the building.
North, 4, also couldn’t contain her excitement as she posed in front of the hippo enclosure for her famous mama’s social media followers. However, what’s a Kardashian excursion without some controversy?
Fans were not too happy with the family’s decision to support the zoo. “Do you really support zoos @KimKardashian?” one fan asked on Twitter. Another chimed in, “Omg that zoo that Kim K is at looks like the worst thing ever…I hope those animals are in those cages for like rehabilitation or something and that they don’t acc live in tiny cement cages.”

However, most were more upset about missing the opportunity to meet their idols. “Was at the San Diego zoo today too and I heard the lady say Kanye West is in the building when I was getting my ticket but thought she wasn’t serious,” one fan wrote. “I CAME TO CALI WITH ONE MISSION… to find my family. I was in the same place and missed them. I’m distraught. Appalled. Done.”
Another distraught visitor added, “Apparently Kanye West was at the zoo at the same time as us today????? How tf did we miss that?”
