While walking the red carpet at the Art of Elysium Gala in Los Angeles on Jan. 5, the mom of five, 63, spoke with Extra‘s Mark Wright about all the new things happening in her life. “It looks like [your family] is expanding, Kim and Kanye having another baby,” Mark slyly stated. Unfortunately for fans, you have to wake up pretty early in the morning to pull a fast one on Kris. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star simply smiled and said, “Well…it’s always a full house!” Well played.

If the surrogate rumors are true, this would be Kim and Kanye’s fourth child together. The two share North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 11 months, but it looks like they’re ready for another.

A source revealed to Us Weekly that the KKW beauty guru “really loves the surrogacy process,” but the Kardashian-Wests planned on “using a different agency” for their fourth child. “They had some issues that came up with the last agency, especially with sensitive information being released to the public,” the insider explained. According to the report, Kim, 38, and the rapper, 41, are expecting a baby boy due in May.
