All it takes is one look at her Instagram account in all its aesthetic glory to see that former Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari is not the same woman we’ve watched on our TV screens over the years. The 30-year-old is now a poised and married mother-of-three who lives in Nashville with her family and writes cookbooks. Like, who even is she anymore? Lauren Conrad?

The reality TV star, who partnered with Young Living for their new Savvy Minerals makeup line, is just as fun-spirited as ever but instead of focusing on boys and drama, she’s all about self-care and gratitude. And after chatting with The Hills star we walked away with two thoughts: “Damn, she seriously has her s–t together!” and “#Goals.”

So what’s the totally transformed super-mom up to these days? A lot, actually.

Kids, Jay Cutler, and Nashville — oh my!

In May of this year, Kristin, her husband Jay Cutler, and their three kids — Camden, 4, Jaxon, 3, and Saylor, 1 — packed up their bags and moved to Nashville full time. The family had already owned the country home but only visited during football’s off-season. Now that Jay is retired from the NFL, they’ve decided to permanently call it home — and their kids love it!

“[My kids] are outside all day every day. They think [Nashvielle]’s great,” Kristin exclusively told us. “My oldest Camden is riding a bike without training wheels now, so we’re very excited about that. Saylor is starting to talk, I mean, she’s not talking [per se], but she has her words that she’s saying. Bubble is her new word. And Jackson, he’s riding a bike, too, with his training wheels, but he’s having a blast doing that.”

As for Jay, he left his life on the field for one spent on the sidelines doing commentary for the games — and Kristin is relieved, to say the least. “He won’t be getting hit every week now, so I’m selfishly very happy,” she said.

Life in front of the camera…

Kristin has said goodbye to her reality TV days, at least for now — and has been focusing most of her on-camera attention to hosting. We’ve seen her on E! in the past, and according to the west coast native, she’s signed another contract with the network.

“I’ll be [working] all of the big award shows. I have a pre-show with Kris Jenner and Brad Goreski and we talk about all the fashion,” she said. “I had a blast last year and I’m really excited and thankful to E! for having me back!”

As for her acting career? Well, don’t get your hopes up. Kristin is perfectly happy being in LA for short periods of time, but don’t expect her to commit to something that will pull her away from her family for too long!

“That’s why my deal with E! is so perfect because I can bop into LA for a couple days a few times a year and then I can go home and be with my kids, so it’s truly the perfect job,” she said. “I’m just really thankful for it.”

She has a cookbook coming!

The faux mean girl is all about natural products — whether it’s her makeup (she swears by Young Living’s Savvy Minerals) or her food — which is why she’s incredibly excited about her upcoming cookbook, due out this spring.

“I’ve essentially been working on my cookbook for the last four years in the hopes that I would one day have a cookbook,” she said. “It was a passion project and I’m really excited to share with people that you can, in fact, essentially eat whatever you want as long as you’re choosing the right ingredients.”

As for her health? It’s the best it’s ever been — thanks to her diet and all-natural way of life.

“I feel the best I ever have. My energy is great, my skin is the clearest it’s been I — knock on wood — haven’t had to go to the doctor in the last six-ish years,” she said. “Getting sick is sort of a thing of the past, which I’m very thankful for.”

Not bad for a girl whose teenage drama unfolded in front of the camera every week. Not bad at all.
