The photo may come as a surprise to some fans, because although Taylor Swift's bestie bares just about everything for her sultry Victoria's Secret and Sport Illustrated Swimsuit shoots, she rarely posts intimate pics.
The duo married in 2011 and welcomed daughter Dixie Pearl Followill a year later.
