‘Long Island Medium’ Star Theresa Caputo Reunites With Estranged Husband Larry On Upcoming Season
Is there hope for saving Long Island Medium star Theresa Caputo‘s marriage? Last season, Theresa revealed that she was separating from her husband Larry Caputo after 28 years of marriage and fans were completely heartbroken. But in a super tease for the upcoming season of TLC’s Long Island Medium, Theresa and Larry reunite after a year of separation, and it seems like fans will learn about the estranged couple’s decision about whether they should stay together whether they should divorce.
“We separated about a year ago, so [I] haven’t physically seen Larry in like nine months,” Theresa, 52, said in the clip obtained by People.
Larry also will get to tell his side of the story. “It’s not easy after 30-plus years, how do you not have emotions?” the 62-year-old said in his confessional.
Theresa and Larry announced their separation last December in a joint statement obtained by Us Weekly. “After 28 years of marriage, we have decided to legally separate,” the statement read. “We will always love each other and our two wonderful children. We are united in supporting each other and our family. Please respect our privacy during this time.”
Fans hoped that, since the couple was only legally separating, there would be a chance that they could possibly reconcile their marriage and work things out. But unfortunately, Theresa filed for divorce just four months later in April 2018, and it seems there’s no hope for their relationship because Larry confirmed that he’s already dating.
“I have moved on. I’m fortunate enough to say that I have met someone special. But I’ll just leave it for that now,” Larry revealed back in June. “The separation was a three-month trial period and we’ve moved on from that point. We’re in divorce proceedings. That’s been going on for the last six months. It’s not finalized. I don’t know when it will be. But that’s where we’re at.”
