Lucy Hale & Ian Harding Tease Collab Years After Working Together on ‘Pretty Little Liars’
Pretty Little Liars fans are getting excited after a fun new collaboration teaser from two of their favorite castmates.
Former castmates Lucy Hale and Ian Harding, who played Aria Montgomery and Ezra Fitz on the show, have reunited for a mysterious collaboration.
The pair took to Instagram to film a fun clip together, hinting that they may be working together on something new.
In the clip, Harding handed Hale a coffee before they clinked their cups together and said in unison, “Ah, it’s good to be back.”
In the caption of the post, Hale wrote “Hale and Harding take 2.”
Naturally, Pretty Little Liars fans went wild in the comments.
“I’m literally going to sleep to see if it’s a dream or not,” one fan commented.
“You guys finally doing a hallmark movie together please that be true,” another fan guessed in the comments.
Others commented gifs of the couple kissing from the show.
On the show, Hale and Harding’s characters had a taboo teacher-student romance that is still talked about in the fanbase today.
Despite acknowledging the clearly inappropriate nature of the relationship, Hale and Harding still stand by their characters’ storyline to this day.
“We were playing into this fantasy,” Harding shared in a June 20 interview with The Hollywood Reporter. “I certainly had the teacher fantasy thing when I was in high school, but at the same time, just because you depict something on TV doesn’t mean you condone the behavior.”
At this time, it is still unclear whether the pair’s reunion has anything to do with Pretty Little Liars or if they are working on an entirely new, unrelated project together.
