‘Masked Singer’ Season 13 Clues: Who Is Honey Pot? Comedian Is Revealed During Premiere
Honey Pot showed up to compete on The Masked Singer and his first performance was so sweet and dare we say, sexy! Fans were buzzing online after his performance with Group A in the season 13 premiere in February 2025.
Clues for Honey Pot on ‘The Masked Singer’
Honey Pot’s costume was seriously adorable! We loved the bees and all of the little details.
In the clue package, he said he would do anything for a laugh. There was a game show clue and a clue about being one of the founding fathers of modern day comedy. He said he sold more than $2 billion at the box office. There was a clue that alluded to The Lion King, leading the judges to think that perhaps he was in the film or the live action remake. There was a clue that was a wig, in which he cut with scissors.
For his first performance on The Masked Singer season 13, Honey Pot sang “Sexy Back” by Justin Timberlake. It was quite an energetic performance.
Judges Guesses for Honey Pot on ‘The Masked Singer’
The judges were definitely on the right track with their guesses after the clue package and the performance. “This is easily the most joyous, fun-filled performance,” Ken Jeong said.
“He’s definitely funny,” Jenny McCarthy said. She intially thought it could be Steve Harvey underneath the mask due to his big and lively TV persona.
Ken guessed Cedric the Entertainer, while Rita Ora guessed that it could be Keegan-Michael Key.
Robin Thicke agreed that it could be Cedric the Entertainer.
The Best Fan Guesses for Honey Pot on ‘The Masked Singer’
Fans were buzzing after the performance and many people on social media believed it was Cedric the Entertainer right away.
“That is so Cedric the Entertainer,” one person wrote on X after Honey Pot’s first performance.
“Sounded like Cedric the Entertainer to me,” another X user said.
Another person said, “99.9% sure it is Cedric the Entertainer….even with the voice modulation in the clues I thought it was him immediately!”
“I wrote down Cedric on my notebook right before he finished singing. The entire time I was picturing the old man from Barbershop up there. I did have to look up his name because I couldn’t for the life of me remember it at the time lol,” another X user wrote after the performance aired.
Honey Pot Was Unmasked
Unfortunately, Honey Pot got the least amount of votes and was sent packing. One more clue was unveiled before his unmasking, which was a Hollywood Walk of Fame star. For his final guess, Robin said Martin Lawrence. Rita said Eddie Murphy. Ken said Cedric the Entertainer and Jenny guessed the same. It was Cedric the Entertainer after all! Honestly, the voice was the biggest giveaway and the fact that the costume had bees wearing top hats was another obvious clue. Cedric loves wearing top hats, which he pointed out after he took off the mask.
