The Italian beauty is the daughter of actor and director Paul Sorvino, best known for his role as gangster Paul Vario in Goodfellas.

Mira got her big break in the Woody Allen film Mighty Aphrodite, which landed her an Academy Award and Golden Globe for her role as a prostitute.
