A year and a half after their marriage nearly ended in divorce, things are going so well for Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian that they’ve decided to have another baby, Life & Style has exclusively learned.

“They are pursuing all options including a surrogate or adoption,” an insider reveals. “They’re really excited.”

Although Jillian, 50, would love to get pregnant, she knows that it may be out of the question. “They’re in talks with a lawyer to help navigate the complicated adoption system,” the insider explains. “They’d like a newborn, but the wait can be so long.”

The duo is already parents to daughter Tallulah, 14, and nine-year-old twin sons Darby and Sullivan.
