Remember that awesome Nickelodeon show The Adventures of Pete & Pete that helped define the '90s? Well, then you’re aware of the band Polaris, who performed many songs on the show, including the theme song, “Hey Sandy”.

All three members — Mark Mulcahy, Dave McCaffrey, and Scott Boutier — are ready to give it a go again and have announced they’re hitting the road on their first ever tour, Waiting For October, which kicks off Oct. 4. (Check out all the dates here — the Petes are even taking part in it!)

Clearly this made us feel all warm, fuzzy and ‘90s inside, so we’ve decided to check up on a few of our favorite Nickelodeon stars from that era. Enjoy and thank us later!

The Adventures of Pete & Pete: Danny Tamberelli (Little Pete) & Mike Maronna (Big Pete)

Aired: 1993 — 1996

You Loved Them Because: They charmed your pants off with their sibling rivalry and close bond.

Fun Fact: Danny, 32, and Mike, 36, are still buds and are often spotted out together by fans. As for Petunia and Mom’s Plate, we’re still waiting for a sighting…

Hey Dude: David Lascher (Ted), Kelly Brown (Brad), & Christine Taylor (Melody)

Aired: 1989 — 1991

You Loved Them Because: They were the coolest group of pals Bar None had ever seen! Plus, Ted was a friggin’ dreamboat.

Fun Facts: Forty-two-year-old David’s married with two children, Kelly owns a boutique out in Montauk, Long Island, and Christine is perhaps the most successful of the bunch, having starred in countless films — not to mention, she’s married to the hilarious Ben Stiller.

Kenan & Kel: Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell

Aired: 1996 — 2000

You Loved Them Because: Who loves orange soda? Kellllllll loves orange soda! This duo made you laugh until the orange soda spurted from your nose.

Fun Facts: Kenan, 36, is still making people giggle to this day on Saturday Night Live. He also just became a first-time father. Kel, also 36, is a father-of-two and still acts. Unfortunately, the guys don’t really hang around as much — which, well, sucks: “The truth is Kenan does not want to be seen with me in any form of media, or even have my name mentioned around him,” claims Kel. In the words of Stephanie Tanner, another '90s great, “HOW RUDE!”

Salute Your Shorts: Michael Ray Bower (Eddie “Donkeylips” Gelfen) & Danny Cooksey (Robert "Bobby" Budnick)

Aired: 1991 — 1992

You Loved Them Because: Camp Anawanna, we hold you in our hearts.
And when we think about you (it makes Budnick wanna fart!)

Fun Facts: At 39 and 38, respectively, you’ve probably turned on your TV or took a trip to the movies and said, “Wait! That’s Donkeylips!” or “Did I just see Budnick?” They kept busy in Hollywood following the end of the classic Nick show. And we’re certain they’re still having nightmares about Zeke the Plumber, who still haunts little kids — via Facebook — to this day.

The Secret World of Alex Mack: Larisa Oleynik (Alex Mack)

Aired: 1994 — 1998

You Loved Her Because: She was a regular teen girl just like you who just so happened to be walking home from the first day of junior high school and got drenched with a top-secret chemical called GC-161. She gets all these magical powers — including being able to morph into a puddle of metallic liquid. YOU WERE SO JEALOUS OF HER BECAUSE OF THIS.

Fun Fact: The 33-year-old beauty, who starred in the 1999 classic 10 Things I Hate About You, is living life at the beach these days…and no longer has to hide from the chemical plant CEO, Danielle Atron.

Clarissa Explains it All: Jason Zimbler (Ferguson), Melissa Joan Hart (Clarissa) and Sean O’Neal (Sam)

Aired: 1991 — 1994

You Loved Them Because: If you had an annoying younger brother (a la Ferguson), you totally felt for poor Clarissa — and then you hoped and prayed she’d date her BFF Sam, who prooooobably shouldn’t have been entering her bedroom via ladder. Whatevs, you loved it then — and still do…even if you have a teenage daughter of your own.

Fun Fact: The heroic teen gal who happened to “know it all” is now 38 and a mother-of-three! Did you know the successful TV and movie actress was supposed to star in a spin-off called Clarissa Now, but it fell through? As for Fergie Ferg, Jason, 37, works for HBO as a software designer. We’re not exactly sure what Sean’s doing — probably still climbing into bedrooms.
