“After Ramona introduced herself, she got very close and kept brushing up against him,” an onlooker tells ‘Life & Style.’
Ramona — and pal Bethenny — plant kisses on Jax at the Skinnygirl launch party!
But apparently, the feelings weren’t mutual! The eyewitness adds, “He wasn’t taking her flirtations seriously. He was laughing about her later.”
